How it works

One call or form gets your foundation question to a contractor that works your side of the Permian Basin, whether that's Midland, Odessa or the county roads between.

  1. You call or send a request

Tell us the address and what you've noticed: cracked brick or drywall, doors that bind, a floor that slopes or bounces, or a foundation comment from an inspector.

  2. We connect you with a local company

Your call or request goes to an independent foundation repair contractor that serves Midland and Ector counties.

  3. The company handles the job

They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Midland Odessa Foundation Repair is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

Texas has no state license for general contractors or foundation repair companies, so the checking falls to you. The City of Midland says most construction projects need a licensed and bonded contractor registered with the city, and residential permits there cover repairs. The City of Odessa's Building Inspection Division registers general contractors and issues permits through MGO Connect. Ask which permit your job needs and who will pull it. Get proof of insurance, a written scope listing pier type, count and locations, and the warranty in writing. For a second opinion, a licensed professional engineer can be verified through the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
